Erica is a Los Angeles native who joined the First Pick Planning team during the 2019 summer season. As a trained kindergarten teacher who worked in the classroom for more than a decade, Erica has the kindness and patience that First Pick Planning prides itself on having to be able to handle any situation throughout planning and coordinating a wedding.

Erica has enjoyed her experiences planning weddings both in her hometown of Los Angeles and in destinations like Lake Tahoe, where she also has family ties. When she's at home, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Dave and dog Boomer.
